  • Usually taking at least two 1.5 hour meetings, this part of the process is where the secret sauce recipe gets it’s ingredients. One conversation around company culture and one around the business side of things. We will ask A LOT of questions, because we want to understand your company, business and team.

  • After gathering and processing from our first two meetings, we will begin to form a gameplan around your needs and wants. We will create a workflow that compliments and improves upon what you currently have in place.

  • Your house won’t be built correctly without the proper tools. We will craft tools for each step of the process to help you find the right fit for your open position and your company.

  • The gameplan and your organizations needs and capacity will determine how much or little we will help you to execute. With tools in hand and a gameplan laid out we are ready to build the house the right way.

  • Based on our research, which includes conversations with members of your team at all levels we will lay out a gameplan for how to get your company’s culture to where you want it to be.

  • Relationships. We build them with you, with your team and with new hires by being a third party confidant where your team can feel free to share what they wouldn’t feel comfortable sharing to their higher ups.

  • Follow Up phone calls with new hires and with their supervisors about how everything is going as well as some other things Valonda is going to be telling me about.
