Jeremy and Valonda Banks

When it comes to having a passion for what you do, this couple has it. From a hiring and consulting perspective, helping small and medium-sized businesses is what they love to do. Valonda gives direction and vision to the organization while Jeremy handles business development.

Fun Fact: Valonda loves dogs, Jeremy loves cats. Valonda is an Eagles fan, Jeremy is a Ravens fan. Valonda loves Duke, Jeremy loves UNC. But they both love Jesus and each other. They also love Liberty, the truth it uncovers, and the way it frees up their clients to do what they do best! John 8:32

Katie Jones
EBS Project Manager Katie is thoughtful and inquisitive, always wanting to make sure she understands the purpose and why behind decisions that are being made or a product that is being offered to clients. She strives for excellent relational service and thrives in the encouraging and positive work environment that makes Liberty what it is. She loves to help our clients win and hustles to keep projects moving forward.

Ed Feeman
Efficiency and Process Overlord
No one knows our systems like Ed. Ed always brings a unique perspective to the challenges we face as an organization along with options for a solution. He’s the one behind the scenes pushing all the buttons, making sure the correct levers are pulled, and fixing the parts of the process that the rest of us break.
