We work better together—within Liberty and alongside you.
The better we know you, your business, and your people, the better we can serve you.
We show up honestly. We won’t pretend to be something we’re not—with each other or with you.
We take responsibility for our work, honor your mission and your people, and share the credit.
We are confident in what we know, honest about what we don’t, and never afraid to say so.
Jeremy has a rare ability to see people, situations, and the details others might miss. Incredibly discerning, he asks thoughtful questions—often one after another—until he reaches the heart of what really matters. While Jeremy serves full-time as the School Security Officer at their daughter’s school, he remains an important part of Liberty’s leadership and business development. His perspective helps the team look beneath the surface, challenge assumptions, and stay grounded in what is true.
No one knows our systems like Ed. Ed always brings a unique perspective to the challenges we face as an organization along with options for a solution. He’s the one behind the scenes pushing all the buttons, making sure the correct levers are pulled, and fixing the parts of the process that the rest of us break.
Fun Fact: Ed is a huge fan of animals and insects. Do you want to get on Ed’s good side? Tell him a story about how you helped a stink bug escape the confines of your home unscathed.
Valonda and Jeremy don’t make much sense on paper. She’s a dog-loving Eagles and Duke fan; he prefers cats, the Ravens, and UNC. Yet somehow, it works. They agree on the things that matter most—Jesus, their family, and the belief that small businesses are worth fighting for.
There are good people behind every good people strategy. Behind each assessment, job advertisement, process, training, and hard conversation is a Liberty team member who cares about getting it right—for your business, your mission, and your people.
Our team is growing, and we look forward to introducing you to more of the people behind Liberty soon.
